| Field | Description |

| Reason name | Short description of the reason. Attached to the moderation action. |
| Description | Long description of the reason. Attached to the moderation action. |
| Narrative required | If checked, moderators will be required to enter a narrative to accompany this reason. |
| Sort order | Order the reason will appear in selection lists. |
| Disabled | Disabled reasons are not able to be selected by moderators. |
Add a new reason
This will enable entry of a new moderation reason.
Localization
Changing the locale (top of screen) enables translation into all supported languages.
